Lost Central Locking, Rear Defrost,, Clock & Glove Box Light functions 200 1982

This is a 1982 240 with only 82K,
I did get it from a little old lady near where I was cutting trees for her neighbor. I did a repaint and all was well until several functional features died.

I DO NOT have any Clock, Central Door Locking, Rear Defrost or Light in the Glove Box. Some of those work off of FUSE#8. The curious thing is that the other functions that are powered by #8 DO WORK >>like the Interior Light and the Luggage Compartment Trunk Light. I cleaned all the Fuse Seats and do have good continuity and good fuses.

Questions>>>>
1. Where is the RELAY for the CENTRAL DOOR LOCK SYSTEM? Bentley Manual only goes out to 1983. I did check the continuity in the Drivers Side Locking Switch ..it's good.
2. Any Suggestions for this LOSS of this Functionality?

Art I'm thinking your thinking!!
