A reseal kit is available for the proportioning valves on your 1969.

However, most of the time all that is needed is a good cleaning which can only be done by removing and disassembling the valves.

When cleaning, do not try to take the piston apart, just clean it making sure the little orifices are clear in the tip of the piston.
