b18,b20 - manual/auto swap. 120-130

I have 2 Amazons.
The 66 has an automatic transmission mated to a b20 and is more of a parts car.
The 65 has an m41 mated to a b18 and is my daily driver.
I would like to pull and swap the engines between them.
They both currently run, and I'd like them both to run afterwards too!

My question is this:
Is there anything in the torque converter / flywheel attachment region that is going to make this more trouble than it seems?
Longer/shorter shafts? Other tolerance issues? Stuff like that.

I know many people have ditched the bw35's for standards, but I couldn't find this specific detail in my searches or manuals.

Thanks Everybody in Advance!
