Crossmembe x-change 1800 1971

I have a 1971e I am looking to replace the front crossmember assem. Which years will fit my 71e. Are there identifying differences between earlier models vs later models...A volvo yard has three but does not know what years they are from and how to identify. Any help would be appreciated
