Internitent spark 120-130

James and Derek,

Sorry for the delay in responding! Saturday was the do it day. I swapped the distributor cap and be darned if the intermittent spark went away. Yes, I had tried all four wires and only #1 had the problem. Somehow that cap was making the problem.

Now the issue of the SUs - I am still not running just as I would like. I have tuned other B20s so that they sound like a sewing machine and have just not been able to do the same with this engine. If I was sticking around home for Thanksgiving, I would be tuning the SUs and/or checking to see if the needles are the proper ones for the B18. I might also investigate a hotter coil??

Happy Thanksgiving,

Kent
