1994 945T - High Idle Issue Still Happening 900 1990

Unlikely to be the ECU. More likely to be improperly adjusted TPS and associated linkage. The key IMHO is being able to open the throttle(butterfly valve) and hearing/feeling the TPS click immediately upon opening(coming off wall of throttle body) and then when closing having it click just prior to coming to rest on the wall of the throttle body. Sounds like now the TPS is not set to click when closing, so ecu thinks throttle is open and IAC should therefore be open as well.
