Lugnut torque for 1997 S90 ? S90-V90

I'm getting conflicting information about correct wheel lugnut torque for a 97 S90. The Volvo manual that came with the car says 63 lbs. When I had my tires rotated, the tire shop tightened them all to 81 pounds which is what he read on his chart. I've always done them at 63 lbs like the owner's manual says. Which is right, 63 or 81?? Will 81 lbs warp the rotors or stretch the bolts?
