Temp Gauge No Joy - Temp Sensor Question 900

Hi All,

I just picked up a 94 945 and the temp gauge does not work. I've researched some posts and see the problem is most likely bad gauge wire connections or a failed temp sensor.

The temp sensor I see by cylinders 1 and 2 has a two wire plug connector not a single wire. So which wire would I ground to bypass the sensor and test the gauge?

Thanks,
Bert
