MPG decrease - Injectors, wiring harness? 700 1986

My money's on that reman AMM. Is that LH2.0? 2.2? Is there a way to adjust the mixture on that one?
Is the mileage the same with the AMM disconnected/limp-home mode active, or is it much worse?
I was going to say check the plug gap (.028-.032"), air filter, wires, distributor, heat range of spark plugs, that the thermostat hasn't failed open, and so on. It sounds like you've done a lot of work to it lately though. What's the most recent thing you did to it?

Good Luck
