Three Gauge Set Up / Wiring 200

Hello fellow 240 people.
I am attempting to install three gauges
in my 83 non-turbo. Ambient Temperature,
Oil Pressure and Oil Temperature. I have
them semi-wired in, the lights on all three
gauges are in order, but when I put power
to the gauges their needles fly off the
charts. I have the "G" wire as if installed,
so it is "grounded". It seems as if they
are getting too much power. Please advise.
