Wheel bearings re-pack and torque 900 1992

I have looked on the archives regarding the torque for the wheel bearings on my 92' 960. I wanted to see if I have it right on the numbers. On the front ones is it 65-75 foot lbs? Or is it 110nm + (1/8)turn more? I follow the tighten down to seat them first etc. I think the front ones are ball bearings, are the rear ones the same? Would it be the same procedure to re-grease the rear as well?
Any recommendations on how often?
Thank you very much,
