Rex Regina - Intermittent No Start - Now No start -Still Troubleshooting 700

91 740 with Rex Regina - Intermittent no start is now no start - Done so far to resolve;
Replaced ignition power module, engine pulse sensor, radio suppression relays, and wired up LED troubleshooter to check for Injector firing, 12volt LED power to injectors - is always working, and LED indicator of power to fuel pump always on.

Rex Troubleshooting code when plugged in lights the red LED continuously. Regina code shows no problems - 1-1-1.

I am not getting injector firing - i.e. the ground circuit from Regina is not closing to fire the injectors.

I have checked the grounds to Regina, and wired around the connector for the grey wire from injectors to Regina.
