re: 87 245 auto - snow tires and crazy HOT weather 200 1987

About 20 years ago. I wanted to get some summer life out of my half-worn snow tires. I asked my tire guy (actually his grandson) that I have been using since '63 if I would have any trouble.

He told me that modern radial snow tires do not overheat in the summer and they would hold up even on long highway drives.

Except for the wear, I do not think that you have to worry.
