1989 Volvo 740 Flooding 700 1989

Hello all!

I just purchased my first Volvo a couple of weeks ago and overall I am highly impressed wit the condition it is in. Unfortunately but as to be expected there are a few things on it that need fixing. The first issue that needs resolve is the flooding that I am getting on the drivers side after a heavy rain. Most of it ends up sitting behind the drivers seat but it accumulates to be a lot (there was an inch of standing water in the rear driver's side floorboard just the other day). I've done some of my own research and concluded that the sunroof drain tubes must be clogged. Unfortunately I have not been able to discern the best way to remedy this problem. If someone could explain this fix to me in terms that would be easy to understand for someone that is new to Volvos and only somehwat handy with cars in general I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
