Ceramic rear brake pad squeal ( sorry for the duplicate post ) 700 1992

Installed a new set of Delco ceramic rear pads about 1000 miles ago and as soon as they were bedded in the squeal started. I'm talking an ear splitting squeal mostly at very low speeds like pulling into the garage. To the very last inch you stop also. Not much at speeds above 30 mph. Anyone ever have this issue with ceramics? I did lube everything as necessary and used all new hardware. The pads advertised "shims" being built in. In reality they are nothing more than two raised areas on the back of each pad.

Thanks to all for any help
