1992 Donor for 1990-745. Compatible? 700

My 1990 745 GLE was recently the victim of an impact with a 250lb. deer at 55mph. He shot out of the woods and into the passenger side front door, caving it in, breaking off the mirror and damaging the handle. After his initial impact, he was spun around and his rear end smashed in the rear 1/4 from about 18" in front of brake light assembly to the lens taking out the lens also. My luck continued into the next week when, in a parking lot, someone smashed my drivers front signal lens and dented in the front fender and managed to clip the corner of the hood in the process. Of course they didn't leave their insurance info or a note. Last week, I bought a 1992 745(non GLE)for $400 with the same exterior paint color(black)and was planning on using it to repair my 1990. I'm fairly new to RWD Volvo and was planning to "project" my 1990GLE including suspension, B230 16vT, and cosmetic upgrades, etc. I havn't had much time to start stripping parts off of the '92 but i did notice that the grill was slightly smaller that on my '90. Hope that I didn't make a mistake with body parts compatibility? Feedback from anyone with experience in this dept. would be greatly appreciated.
