Transmission mount (li'l embarassing!) 200 1992

So, I'm replacing the rear transmission mount on a 1992 Volvo 240 wagon. Simplest job imaginable, I suppose, but I got "called away" after I got the old one off, and now I'm not sure how to "set up" the new one to re-install.

The mount has two little "ears" on it. I'm pretty sure it goes back in with the "ears" down, and facing towards the tranny.

I can't seem to find any images to confirm, and I frankly can't remember which way the old one was in before I took it out.

Just thought I'd ask for feed back before I climb back under there (someday!) this week.

Sigh.....
