I just purchased a new in tank fuel pump a/c one for my car and i notice that the white pump guts/unit can be turned around in the outer metal housing the metal housing is crimped on both ends but its not tight as it can turn. I haven't put it in yet. does it mean the seal is broken and the pump will be no good. Or is the pump motor separately sealed inside.?
