Extreme cold weather fluid leaks 200

When the temp dips below zero my bricks leak various fluid. the '84 245Ti leaks coolant and the '92 245 leaks coolant and brake fluid out of the RF caliper seals. It only does this when extremely cold as the seals must shrink. has anyone else up north experienced this? New seals and/or sealant?
