charging problem 900

This info from the FAQ's will tell you how to remove the cluster:

The cluster trim ring can be difficult sometimes. The tool you use to push the spring steel tab back can actually hold the trim in place as you try to move it. Both sides are the same and you only need to release one. You might need to use a tool to get under the edge of the trim to pry it back as you push the spring tab in.
