Hope you're well. My on-line parts look-up shows that #6842642 (fuel rail, '94 960) is still available from Volvo.

Before reaching any conclusion, go to www.tascavolvo.com . They're located in Cranston, RI. See if they can get this part.

If Tasca cannot, seek it in a salvage yard. Most salvage yards are networked, so can access inventories of salvage yards in many states.
