1992 740 Wagon Power Steering Pump Location / IAC Valve 700 1992

I recently purchased a 1992 740 wagon with 137k. What I believe is the power steering pump is making a faint grinding noise. I checked the fluid level in the reservoir and it was low. Is the power steering pump under the front of the engine. I also have a question about the IAC valve. I have received code 223 which indicates that the IAC valve is faulty. I want to replace it but I don't know if it is a Regina or Bosch model. Can anyone tell me where it is located and maybe which manufacturer. Any and all advice would be very helpful and greatly appreciated.
