Thanks, you make it sound easy! I used to do all the work on my cars but these days I'm 'past it'. Maybe it won't cost as much as I expect to fix the head gasket. I just love the car as it's so useful for carrying things including dogs and going on holiday. Luckily I have a BMW for everyday use or I'd really be stuck.
