fuel pump swap D-jet on a K-jet car? 1979 245 200

Hello all-

So, oddly enough a reputable Volvo mechanic sent me a D-jet fuel pump for my K-jet car...

My problem is weather I should install it. I cant find any info on how much or at what pressure either pump flow's fuel. Should I be worried?

the only difference I know if is that the D-jet has an internal fuel check valve, and the K-Jet had an external bolt in type.
