1996 Volvo 960 Evap and Second Pump Error

My CEL has been on for a while, and I finally took it into the mechanic to read the codes and they said it was giving an evap and second pump errors. We checked the gas cap, but it seems to be fine and they did not have a smoker to check for leaks.

Where do I go from here?
