My cat convertor which has been welded several times now has another major crack.
The input side of the cat is irreversable welded to the downpipe.... This means I have to replace them as a set. This car has 300k miles on it. It always starts and runs and is great commuter but I'm starting to get tired of laying on the garage floor.

That said, any thoughts on bosal/starla headerpipe and cats? I see IPD has a VOLVO OE downpipe for sale. I'll try tasca parts as well. I'm already scared about manifold to headerpipe studs.
