identify unknown AMM 200

In my collection of parts I have an AMM for a 240 series car that has bee rebuilt by Fuel Injection Corp. They removed the black cover that has the Bosch part number and replaced it with one that helpfully says Fuel Injection Corp. There is also a sticker that says Remanufactured by FIC 124645.

Is there anyway to tell what car this AMM fits ?
Is there any chance that it damage anything if I plug it into my car and try it ?
