clutch cable hole size 200

Switching my 245 from an AW70 to an M47 which means doing a little bit of modding. Does anyone have a stick shift car sitting without a clutch cable or to anyone that has done this mod before, what size is the cable hole through the firewall? Measuring the bushing on the cable I'm guessing 17mm...or in my case 11/16, because I have one! LOL!
I'm quite surprised at Volvo for using a different firewall on stick and auto cars, why make a different part when the only difference seems to be a couple of holes?
And to whoever noticed that the brake pedal box was the same on both stick and autos, THANK YOU!!! Simply adding the clutch pedal side to the existing box sure saves alot of hassle!!!
