960 seat swap 900 1997

My car 1997 965:
I was at the PNP today looking at a 960 to see if the front seats are in any better condition than mine, they weren't. However, very close by sits a S70 with better front seats than my 97 965, and has the same color interior. With just a visual inspection it appears the S70 would be a good donor for the seat swap. Has anyone any knowledge here? Would just the cushions be interchangeable?

Any help would, as always, be most appreciated.
