Restart B230 after 5 years of sitting

All of what you said plus...Pull the plugs, MM oil or AT fluid in each cylinder then manually turn it over with a breaker bar on the Crank nut about 10 revs then install plugs and try and start.

Using a breaker bar you can go back and forth a few 1/4 turns to break the corrosion lock, if any, on the piston ring to cylinder wall.

A buddy used to heat the oil up and install before doing this saying it helped...but I never have.
