lambda codes 200 1992

My wife's 92 240 s/w is running really rich. I get trouble codes 113 232 231 221 which all seem to say the lambda is not working right. The basic research I did gives me a whole expensive list of possibilities. I eliminated vacuum leaks and cleaned the mass air. No change. Can anyone give me a reasonable triage list or procedure for nailing the culprit down? Thanks in advance
