Brake Light Issue 940T SW 900 1992

Working on a 2 out of 3 brake light issue on the 945. Bulb out indicator illuminates whenever brakes are applied. Tests performed yesterday show:

With light switch off. Apply brakes all 3 brake lights on normal brightness and bulb-out indicator on.

With light switch on: All parking lights on bulb-out indicator off

With light swich on apply brakes: Bulb-out indicaor on, drivers side brake/parking light goes off, right side goes bright. Center brake light on normal brightness.

Other observations, one of two tag light bulbs is out.

Any advice appreciated.
