New Problem with Rear Wagon Plugged Nozzle?

Car is running great small things like the plugged rear wagon W/W nozzle have me scratching my head now.

Both pumps were frozen but disassembly and cleaning solved that, front nozzles are fine but the rear one is plugged. I can't blow through the hose and can't figure out how the nozzle comes off the car.

I'm sure someone else has.
