73 ES water leak 1800

I have water coming into the cabin on passenger side right at the bottom of the side wall. It does not appear to be coming from doors or windows as nothing above the floor joint is ever wet. There are 3 orange body plugs in the side wall and it looks like the water comes from them. In other words from inside the the side wall in front of the doors

what would be the most likely source of the water? THere are no leaks coming from above the floor only from inside the side wall and out the plugs
