Rear seat compatability 740 wagon/sedan 700

I see that the rear seats from the 240 sedans and wagons are not interchangeable. Does that hold for the 740's also? I am in need of a rear seat bottom for my 740 wagon, as former owner did whatever with it and replaced it with something is not only ugly but doesn't fit. Would be easier to find seat bottom if sedan's and wagon's were interchangeable. Anybody know?
