door locks S90-V90 1997

Since I have owned this car the front passenger side door does not unlock from outside the care with the key or with the unlock switch on the dash, also the same thing with the left rear door. I also get no response from the electric seat on the passenger side. I had a weak battery but just replaced it recently, that did not help at all! I love the car, it runs very good, just would like to fix these things!
