I want to say I found the 7mm, to be the best fit, but it's been a while since the last purchase. The ears on the Bosch frames are flexible enough to " spread to insert - squeeze together once in place", providing some degree of tolerance for variation in refill width.

Whenever I install refills I have visions of them slipping out while in use and the frames scoring big arcs across the windshield. It's just me I guess.
