No start problem 200 1976

Hi after leaving my 240 in the garage for a week without any use it's decided it doesn't want to start.
I can crank it over just fine and as soon as it sounds like it's gonna run and I turn the key back it dies instantly, I've checked fuel pumps and there fine and I have spark, does anyone know what this could be? It was running beautifully before it was parked up. Could be related to the fuel distributor possibly? I do have fuel at the injectors aswell so I'm completely stumped as to what it could be. As always any help is greatly appreciated.
