I replaced the original hubs. New nuts were not included but I'm also using raybestos brand...not OEM. I only replaced them as part of a preventative maintenance program. The ones I pulled were Italian so I think they were originals....car had 184,000. I think the car was due for new hubs. I took the old ones apart and the grease was still good but there was some wear...enough that the outer race came off in my hand.
