What would you do? (engine choice) 120-130 1967

I think I'm leaning towards the B18 now... if only for the originality aspect. It also has a dual down pipe (that's what was in the GT too... don't know if that's original for a GT or not)

I'll take another look at that donor car today. I forget just how rusty it is, but it's pretty rusty. And a fender got ruined by some kids in a Jeep. But, it might be worth fixing. In which case, I'll probably go with the B20E. Sure, it wouldn't look original, but hey... this is entirely bolt up stuff, so nothing I do is permanent.

I never have done electronic ignition en a pushrod car. I did buy a Crane Fireball unit for my hot rod 145, back when I felt wealthy. It sits in its box still. Of course, I'd never put that in the GT. Although I've no intention of restoring this car, I also have no intent on doing anything unoriginal and permanent, like drilling to mount the module..
