Stella got a broken headbold 700 1987

I was happy as a p ig in doo-doo for about five minutes till my son saw smoke.
Stella is my wife's 87 740T who is the problem child of my brood of Volvo's (82,240) ,(86, 240),(87 740T) (92,240)
So my son and I pull the head in about 25 minutes..............except for this one head bolt that sheared at the block line.
So my son being of high moral fiber and steady hand, brings his air drills by the next day, and starts drilling out the remains.
Long story short, he got an extractor in to it but it also snapped just below the block line(top of the bolt hole).
So , what i'd really like to do is get the extractor out of the bolt and dig a little deeper and get a bigger extractor in it after it sits in PB blaster for a couple of days.
if any one out there has a better idea I'm all ears, and i like buying tools.
thanks as always
