Rough and stumble: Can't figure it out 200 1993

Car is running very rich and fouling plugs black. I have new parts that I keep on hand. I put in new AMM and coolant temp sensor. Pulled and spray cleaned the O2 Sensor as it was very sooty. It seems to idle and run a little better (more air getting in to burn the fuel?) if I unplug the vacuum line on the top of the manifold with the black/white check valve that runs thru the firewall. If I hook that line back up it dies. It threw some codes over the last few days. 1-1-3, 3-2-2.

Seems it either is getting too much fuel dumped in or it is starving for air. Not sure which.

I am taking it to my mechanic friend on Tuesday but I'm just aggravated I can't diagnose it.
