Vibration nightmare 900 1992

My 92 960 wagon has a vibration. Its fine under power, when letting of the gas you can feel it, even in neutral with the engine turned off coasting at 80 to 90km its there. This has been going on for some time. This is what i have had done so far and haven't fixed it. I am thinking a fault in the rear diff as it only does it when letting of the gas. Transmission ? Any other ideas.
Things done
Tail shaft balanced. Twice
New Uni joints 3 and center bearing
New rear gearbox extension bearing
New gear box and engine mounts
New shift solenoids in gearbox
New bushes front and rear of car every single one
New rear shocks and springs
Tyres balanced even swapped wheels over from another car.
