76 245 fuel tank 200 1976

Ok guys, looking for a little of your wisdom here.. I have a 76 245 and the fuel distributor went, had it rebuilt, turns out fuel tank is a mess. Found a sending unit and accumulator, BUT I cannot find the right tank. This wagon never had an in tank pump. Multiple parts places say I must be mistaken and I have searched high and low. There seems to be two tanks, a LV1A or a LV1B. The first fit some 140's,164's and early 240's. The second fit 82 and later. The LV1A does not match what was in my wagon. I have attached a picture of the tank. Am I missing something? Should I just get one of the kits and seal it? I can get more pictures if that would help. Thanks for any info you can give me. I want to get the old girl back on the road..
