Worth buying 87 240GL with rebuilt title? 200 1987

I'm looking at a local 87 240GL that has a rebuilt title and need some advice if it's worth it.

Here's the story. The title shows it was REBUILT/REBUILDABLE in 92. The car today only has 88k on the engine and trans, and only it's second owner. Been garage kept most of it's life - and being in Chicago that is a HUGE benefit. Newer tires, MAF and radiator. Working ac, sunroof, windows, odometer, electrical gremlins with lights & door locks. Heated seats not working. Going to need muffler. Only a little rust in the wheel wells.

Seller is asking for $2k. Think it's worth it?
