http://www.standardautowreckers.com/ for the past 10+ years used to have a few "Free Parts" weekends over the spring and summer. I checked their website to see when the next one was coming up and surprise, every Saturday till November will be $50 All-You-Can-Carry day.

Anyhow, I stopped by the Toronto location. No 240s or 740s but a few v70s, 850, s60.

If you're near Toronto or Ottawa, it may be worth your while to stop in and see what's available for Volvos as well as other cars/vans/pickups. The Toronto yard is much larger this year.

For some reason the US location in Niagara, NY doesn't offer the same deal.
