R/R the S90 timing belt S90-V90

This is my first timing belt replacement on the S90. I bought the Comprehensive OEM Timing Belt Overhaul Kit from FCP. Everything went well, until the Timing Belt Tensioner ( part # 9135555) bolt won't come out. I think who ever did it before, used RED Loctite on the bolt. Now the bolt is rounded, so is it O.K. to leave it there, reuse it?
