Optimal Hub quality 700

Seems a wheel hub is now making noise after taking it off and putting it back to replace brake splash shields. Perhaps pounding on it to get it off pushed it over...

I can get the optimal brand from Eeuroparts for $50, or the volvo one for $142.

Anyone have experience with "optimal" hubs. I assume they are using whoever Scantech used.

This is with ABS.
