Wheel bearing noise - repack? 700 1990

Hiya.

I replaced my front wheel bearings (ABS with races integrated into the hubs) about 6 or 8 years ago. They're "lifetime lubricated". They also have a lifetime replacement warranty.

Now, on hard turns in parking lots, I get a little bit of humming from my wheel hubs. Think I should replace them or regrease them?

If so, any advice on how to remove the old grease? Rags and brake cleaner are the best things I can think of.

Any old disc-brake wheel bearing grease will do, I suppose, but I have a new tube of the red high-pressure stuff.

Cheers
