1996 960 Wagon A/C Issues 900

A/C does not stay cold all the time and the fan doesn't blow very hard. The air flow does not change when I press the recirc button, and the air flow turns warm during acceleration. I figure the servo motor needs to be replaced to fix the acceleration issue, but will this fix the recirc button/ air flow issue also?

I don't want to add 134a if it is another issue causing the blowing problem. Should I check the two valves on the firewall and then replace the servo motor first?

Weather is starting to get hot in NC, so I would like to resolve this soon.

Thanks for the help ahead of time.
